Anniversario♪
こんにちは。マスミです。
８/２０日はHAPPY GRAPHIC GALLERYの近くの石窯ピッツアとイタリア郷土料理のお店、
Pizzeria Bar SIMPATIA(ピッツエリア バール シンパティア)さんの２周年パーティーに
ご招待いただきました♪
最初に大きなボトルに入ったTATTINGERのシャンパンを頂きました。
お酒が弱い私でもスッキリとした味わいで美味しくいただき、また贅沢にもオレンジジュースとも
割ってミモザにして飲みましたが、これまた美味ですね！
店内はお祝いの可愛いバルーンがプカプカ浮いていて、さらに常連の方々もたくさん来られて
いたのですごく賑わっていました♪
ビュフェだったのですがオリーブやナポリ風コロッケ、車エビの揚げたものなどがあり、
さらにメインの石窯ピッツァもマルガリータなどいろいろな種類がありました。
あまりに美味しくて何回もとりに行ってしまいました☆
大食いチームバンザイです♪(シンパティアさんすみません。）
あと、素敵なご夫婦とも出会い楽しいお話を聞けて幸せな一時でしたぁ♪
店主のハットリさんとピッツァイオーロのチダさんのお人柄とおいしいご飯で
来られていた方々も皆様笑顔でした～☆

やはり、皆様に愛される人柄とお店づくりが大切だと改めて思い
勉強になりました。
そしておいしいピッツァご馳走さまでした！！大満足です♪
３周年も楽しみにしています。
