真赤なトマトいただきました♪
ちょいと階段上がったお隣のイタリアン「イルマーレ」さん
イルマーレ（il mare）は、イタリア語で「海」という意味。
そういや、キアヌリーブズ、サンドラブロック主演の映画がありました。
これは後に韓国でリメイクされたそうで、アメリカ版はみましたが、
時空を超えた恋愛映画は、ちょっと違和感も感じながらもとてもロマンチックでした。
そんなロマンチックな雰囲気漂うお名前のイルマーレさんから
夏のお野菜トマトを頂きました。
上賀茂で野菜作りをされているお店の常連さんからいただいたそうですが、
うわさの上賀茂野菜に心ニコニコでした。
そして実際にそのまま生でいただいたところ
とてもみずみずしく、軟らかい、夏の果実をいただいたようなかんじでした。
お店のお昼時にいただいたので、私のサラダの友
エキストラバージンオイルとバルサミコ酢＋塩というドレッシングではなく、
お弁当についているウスターソースをかけましたが、
素材が新鮮で熟れているので、味がしっかりしていて、ソースに負けず、
まさに贅沢な一品となりました。
